A little sparkle on Valentine's Day

V-Day is here to come like it or not. While some people take it seriously (those newly in love especially), others can’t be bothered. For me, it’s a so so :).  Because I think you can celebrate love everyday especially if you are living in the same house with your significant other. Yet it can be extra special if you like to pamper your lovey or getting pampered back but don't expect too much to avoid frustration. Remember it's all about giving and spreading love and happiness :) This year it will be on a Sunday, what a great day for it, you have the whole Saturday to start with :)

 

 

For outfit inspo, if you have a dinner date or a party to attend, you can show up with a little sparkly LBD. I wore this little blue dress last weekend on my nephew’s 21^st birthday,I thought I was a bit overdressed but because it’s a night event the sparkles just blended in.

 

For married people, Valentine’s day shouldn’t be taken for granted if possible hehe. It’s a chance to go out together without feeling guilty of leaving the kiddos behind. Of course making sure someone is babysitting them or by all means you can take them out with you too. But you will exactly look like me here in the party with a toddler in the dance floor :) It’s good that it’s a family affair so my niece was taking care of him most of the time.

 

 



 Oh yea, my Valentino rockstud heels just arrived in time. Valentino on Valentine’s day, why not?

For a day out, depending on the weather and the event it's best to wear something comfy and nice that make you not freak out when somebody snaps a photo of you. No, it's not all about instagrammable photos but about putting an effort and feeling pretty when you're with someone you love.
